About Us

Lazy Grazers Refuge Ranch is a tax-exempt 501(c3) charity that provides safe, compassionate living for animals in need of sanctuary. We focus on traditionally farmed animals but our goal is that no animal brought to us will be turned away. Along with providing permanent care on our farm, we work with other rescues, sanctuaries and individuals to find appropriate, loving caregivers.

We also work on community outreach to teach people about traditional farming practices so that they can make informed decisions about where their food comes from. We try to show all sides of life on our farm from every day animal care, common issues that can occur, facilities requirements/maintenance and of course all the things that the animals here get up to on a daily basis.

We also practice conservation and living in tune with what the environment needs to thrive. This focus allows us to care for all the living things on the farm and gives our animals the healthiest home we are able to provide.
